The City of Modesto partnered with Habitat For Humanity - ReStore to receive funding for a Reuse Assistance Grant from the California Integrated Waste Management Board.  The successful collaboration is helping to promote the various REUSE opportunities for commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects.

The Habitat For Humanity works to eliminate poverty house by partnering with the community and low-income families.  Building costs are kept low by utilizing donated materials and labor.  The ReStore plays an important role because it helps to raise revenue for their building programs.
