CHANGE TO CITY OF MODESTO LOBBY HOURS Effective August 1, 2008 the City of Modesto Customer Services hours will change. The lobby at 1010 10th Street Place Suite 2100 will be open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. You may make payments any time to your utility account by using the City of Modesto payment web site at https://www.modestogov.com/webutility or pay by phone by calling 577-5395 and following the voice prompts. You may also make payments at the authorized pay stations listed on the back of your utility bill. |
