The Opportunity Sites Map is an overview of developable parcels within the City of Modesto. 

The Map provides a breakdown of vacant land by three Tiers:

• Tier 1, consists of sites served with available infrastructure 
• Tier 2, are sites within close proximity to infrastructure 
• Tier 3, are sites requiring infrastructure extensions

The map identifies sites with a Tentative Parcel Map, Tentative Subdivision Map, Final Parcel Map or Final Subdivision Map.
